Deepwave Music Productions is open for business 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
A 50% deposit is required to book a session based on hourly or block rates.
Billing time begins at the exact time booked regardless of late arrival.
There is a 4 hour minimum for hourly billings.
Block rates are sold in 8 hour increments. Overtime will be billed at the hourly rate.
At the conclusion of each session, client shall pay with cash, money order or bank certified check. All rates are quoted at a cash discounted price. Credit cards are accepted if cleared in advance and/or a deposit has been made on the card. We are sorry, no personal checks are accepted unless pre-approved.
48 hour cancellation notice. No shows and late cancellations (less than 48 hours) forfeit deposit. Bookings of 3 or more days in a week must cancel at least one week in advance or forfeit deposit.
Credit cards used to hold time are subject to a cancellation charge equal to our cancellation charge (If done before 48 hours). Monies will be credited to clients account (less credit transaction fees) after we receive them in our account. This is a one week minimum.
Payment scale for flat rate projects are as follows:
1/3 payment due upon project commencement.
1/3 payment due at halfway point (generally after tracking or before mixing).
1/3 payment upon delivery of masters, after sign off by client.
Fees for session musicians, assistant engineers, or upfront rental costs etc. will be at an additional charge and payable upfront.
Clients assume all risks associated with storing, on the premises of Deepwave Music Productions any and all sound recordings, and all equipment of any kind or nature and shall hold “Deepwave Music Productions” harmless from any and all damage that may be incurred to said articles for any reason.
Clients shall be responsible for any loss or damage to studio property by client, employees of client or associates of client as a result of misuse, negligence and/or carelessness.
Smoking is prohibited in the studio area. You are welcome to smoke in the exterior lounge or roof lounge areas.
